Gordon Fowler is a Lecturer in Decision Sciences at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. Prior to teaching at IUSB, he taught accounting and computing at Ivy Tech Community College.
his love of teaching while helping fellow students earn their degrees and while working as a tutor in the ACE tutoring center. Courses taught throughout Gordon’s career include marketing, management, accounting, and decision sciences.
Gordon was raised in the South Bend area and derives great joy from giving back to his community by promoting social mobility. He was nominated for Educator of the Year in 2023. In addition to teaching he does commercial pyrotechnic shows, grows timber, and coaches wheelchair basketball.
