Jessica Ewald is the Administrative Generalist Coordinator for the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. In this capacity she manages complex office activities and designs process improvements to create maximum efficiency. Prior to working at the Leighton School, she worked as an administrative assistant for the Navy in Virginia designing data analysis programs for the manufacturing of air craft carriers and submarines.

Jessica is currently working on her degree in Sports and Exercise Science with minors in both Health Promotion and Nutrition. After losing 165 lbs., Jessica ran many competitive races, including the New York City Half Marathon and would like to use her experience, knowledge, and degree to encourage others to be proactive about healthy living. She is a Disaster Action Team member for the American Red Cross, trained as a Community Emergency Response Team member, and aspires to join the Peace Corps.

Her interest and passions include promoting a healthy lifestyle, increasing mobility in the morbidly obese and elderly, enhancing nutrition knowledge in developing nations, and running half marathons.
