Lindsay Koriath is the Associate Director of Retention for the Leighton School of Business. In that capacity, she helps business students succeed by providing support, connections, resources and advice on a variety of issues. Lindsay also coordinates recruitment efforts for the Leighton School of Business, connecting with high school students and their teachers in the region to broaden awareness of our school’s degree programs and opportunities.   “I am here to create ways for students to connect with each other—with peers in their classes as well as peer mentors,” she said.

Lindsay has 16 years of experience in higher education.  Prior to working at IU South Bend, she worked at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois as a career advisor.  She also worked at The French Pastry School in Chicago, Ball State University, Ivy Tech Community College, in Muncie, and taught English in France.
