Dr. Megha Yadav is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. Before her appointment to the Leighton School faculty, Dr. Yadav taught at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and India. She is the faculty advisor for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) student chapter at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics.
Her broad research interests include investigating the career and work experiences of underrepresented minorities and enhanced understanding of creating inclusive workplaces. Particularly, she studies gender, racial, and language diversity, organizational citizenship behaviors, and organizational change. She has presented her research at the Academy of Management, the Midwest Interdisciplinary Graduate, and the Israel Organizational Behavior annual conferences. She is a member of the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
