Mike Esposito is the director of career planning at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. He has over 28 years of higher education administration experience. In his career, he has worked at the University of Montana, Boise State University, and Morehead State University. He served as career counselor and the campus-wide internship coordinator at Morehead State.

He is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Career Development Professionals of Indiana. He holds a certification in Career Development from Western Kentucky University.
