Dr. Lee taught at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina before joining the faculty at IU South Bend. She has also worked at a garment company as the marketing development manager for several years. She is a member of the American Marketing Association. A Fulbright Senior Scholar and the recipient of IU 1994 Teaching (FACET) Award and IU South Bend's 2002 Distinguished Research Award, her professional interests include international marketing, online advertising, advertising and integrated marketing communications, service marketing, and business ethics.
