Professor Pamela Carl is a Visiting Lecturer in Management at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. She is a dedicated educator with over three decades of teaching experience, specializing in Human Resources, Management, and MBA-level leadership courses. Her approach centers on cultivating critical thinking and fostering holistic growth within diverse learning communities.
Professor Carl is known for consistently engaging students in stimulating and relevant material and is a conscientious educator with learning objectives of each student in mind. She is a results-oriented lecturer cognizant of test preparedness and student interests.
Beyond the classroom, Professor Carl is deeply committed to global service. Over the past year, she volunteered in Africa and the Middle East. She is devoted to working with an organization that secures educational sponsorships for children in need worldwide and received her postgrad certification for TESOL, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has also taught in Scotland, England, and New Zealand.
